MAIL-IN REPAIR

PhoneWorld Mail-In Repair is designed for our customers that wish to mail their devices to us for repair. Simply follow the directions below and your device will be on its way to you within hours of being processed and repaired at our location. Most devices are shipped back to our customers the same day, depending on when they arrive. 

 

SENDING YOUR DEVICE IN
Do not include anything else when sending in your device (e.g. no chargers, accessories, or other items). Please make sure your device is safely packed before shipping it out. PhoneWorld is not responsible for any damages that are incurred during the shipping process. We highly recommend that you fully back up your device before sending it in. We also recommend that you purchase insurance on the shipment.

RETURNING YOUR DEVICE
After the repair process is complete, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once payment has been made, we will ship it back out to you via USPS Priority Mail. Any orders over $200, we provide free shipping, otherwise there is a shipping fee depending on your device.
